ASA

ASA is an engineering resin produced by the polymerization of Acrylonitrile, Styrene and Acrylic Rubber. With the marriage of these 3 key ingredients, ASA has inherent properties of great toughness and rigidity, great chemical resistance, high gloss, and excellent weather resistance. ASA is commonly used for applications with maximum weather exposure, due to its ability to withstand elements of UV light and moisture, such as in the Automotive, Housing and Marine industries. ASA is commonly used in Injection Molding and Extrusion processes.
